Log home maintenance is often a misunderstood problem. Because log homes are generally cheaper and easier to manage than their standard “stick-built” houses, many people think that log cabins are “maintenance free”. In other words, whether the wood is exposed to the elements of protection required in this context - the type or how it was handled.
